GROUND FLOOR ROOMS

Comfortable rooms are offered with en suite or private bathroom facilities. Some rooms have a beautiful harbour view. Refurbishment work has now been completed on 5 new rooms on the ground floor. All rooms are spacious, with en suite bathroom facilities and a 32-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Freeview digital channels and a DVD player. Guests also have access to a free DVD library. The rooms have ironing facilities, hairdryers, radio alarm clocks and tea/coffee making facilities.

FIRST FLOOR ROOMS

Work has now been completed on upstair bedrooms. Most rooms en suite, all rooms have 19" wall mounted flat screen tv/dvd with Freeview & movie library, hairdriers, radio alarm clocks and tea/coffee making facilities. Front facing have amazing views of Bogside bird consevation area and harbour.
